Looks like me, Williams, Aaron and have approached KROPF, but who knows. Can't believed you're not going to come AJ. I hadn't even posted that I was bringing Williams.................. you must have ESP

You could have had some ESP and told me not to go to Ft Wayne. I'll be there even though the Kropf guy, along with Williams, might show. Please, no deer and nobody park cars in front of mine. Both get expensive.

Good to here you are doing okay Mike. I'm sure morphine could have made the summer better, or at least more WOW.

Another fun day at Vinton. Saw a few faces that we don't see often enough. The Steiner brothers were there, Skippy even came by to watch for a while.
The crew from Twin Bridges was there too.Special thanks to all who helped setup and tear down the track. Because of the snow we had to unload the trailer from the front of the building, Jim and Todd from Minnesota were great help in carrying carpet in, as racers came in they all just dug in and helped setup, you have no idea how nice that is. Teardown has been outstanding, everything in the trailer in less than a half hour. Also thanks to Danny and Tom for helping Randy keep the puter going and announcing races.Great group of people helping keep the track at Vinton up and running smoothly.
Now about the racing...21.5 lipo saw Al Sackett with TQ and the win, even though I didn't help him with the TQ run. Can't remember the guy who got second and finished on the same lap as Al.....hmmmm, friend of Williams and Kropf...oh yeah our very own Terry C. Four cars and countless hours of building he put together a fast one. Bout time.
17.5 four cell...Ben Sackett I believe with Kevin K. right with him. If this isn't right I apologize.
10.5 lipo....Mark Steiner all the way....FAST car.
One note on 21.5 lipo...from first to ninth qualifer was about 2.5 seconds. Way close racing.
Now if Chris S. made it home ok it will be a succesful race day. Figured he did since Terry spanked him in the A. Also to show you what a nice guy Chris is he gave his brother Craig the faster car to race with Sunday!! Or maybe Craig just out wheeled him!!

That is exactly it AJ. I started to wheel the friend of Williams and Kropt in and realized he was to blame for all my driving home problems so I figured I should save the BEST of my driving for when it really matters, getting home not in a wrecker. Nice guy, ain't I. With some help from Steiner brother #1, gave the bro a fast car and then took the setup away as he left. I do believe that I did finish higher than him, and pulled away in the feature... Great time racing, better time getting home. Hope to see some/all in Omaha, Trackside, or here next time.

I just wanted to thank my brother and Mark for helping me get the hangman fast right out of the box. Sorry about the main, really didn't want to polish the lid and park in the cheap seats in turn 4 but those things happen. Next time I will have my own tires - thanks Chris. Chris - you may have won the "A" main war but I believe that I won the qualifying battle - I was able to put it on the second row, where did you start??? Maybe next time - things will be reversed for us in the main. Had fun running with everyone - hope to do it again, soon.

Craig
